We are based in Grays, Essex, and cover Essex and London. Longer UK and Northern Ireland journeys are arranged for the route and dates you need.
A quote starts with your actual job
There is a difference between a small flat with lift access and the same belongings carried down several flights of stairs. There is also a difference between furniture going to a new home and items you want cleared.
We ask you to describe the inventory, access and timing so those distinctions are clear. Send photos where they help, and say when something is still undecided. You do not need to make your move sound simple to start an enquiry.

Ask about cover and the agreement
Our Simply Business certificate lists public liability cover up to £1,000,000 for furniture removal, with policy dates of 25 September 2026 to 24 September 2027. You can request a copy from DNE before booking. Cover is subject to the policy terms and conditions.
Ask separately about cover for your belongings while they are being moved. Public liability cover is not the same as goods-in-transit insurance, and this certificate does not confirm goods-in-transit cover.
Before booking, agree the tasks, price, date and access arrangements. If you need additional help, raise it during the quote conversation.
